I hereby apply to become a member of the Richards Bay Rugby Club. If accepted, I agree to abide by the Club’s constitution, rules, and regulations, as well as all applicable provisions of the Liquor Act (Act 27 of 1989) relating to the Club’s liquor licence.

I hereby give consent for my application to be visible to other members of the Richards Bay Rugby Club for the purpose of raising any objections. This consent is granted to ensure compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
