I hereby apply to renew my membership of the Richards Bay Rugby Club. If accepted, I agree to abide by the Club’s constitution, rules, and regulations, as well as all applicable provisions of the Liquor Act (Act 27 of 1989) relating to the Club’s liquor licence.
